Contacting us and getting your software set-up is completely free. Each month you will pay a fixed rate based on the number of visitors to your website. You will be able to follow your visitor numbers each month through our online tools. If you consistently go into a higher or lower band for more than 2 months you will be changed to that band, however if you run a short marketing campaign that makes your monthly visitors peak you will stay on your current band.
